How to shop:
- Browse through the items in the categories in the left column.
- Once you’ve located something of interest, either click on the smaller thumbnail image or the title to display a more detailed description of the item.
- If you wish to know more or merely have a query about the item, either email us or free phone (New Zealand only) on 0800 Kookychoo between 9am 5pm, Monday – Friday.
- Once you’ve made your selection and wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. This will add the item to your shopping cart. You can adjust the quantity by altering the quantity on the Shopping Cart page and pressing the "Update" button.
- Carry on making your selections till you have everything you need, or as we like to do, fill up the shopping cart and at the end, select your items you would like, and then delete the others from your shopping cart by clicking on the "Trash Can" - it will then be removed from your shopping cart.
- Then click check out. This will move you to the completely secure checkout page.
- Complete all the appropriate details, and select “Place order”
- For the highest level of security you will transferred to our secure payment gateway partner to transact your credit card details.
- Once complete, you'll then instantly be returned to Kookychoo to view your receipt of your purchases (which you can print if you wish). We will also notify you when your order has been shipped.
